**Unless otherwise discussed, only the person that booked the lash appointment is allowed to come. Unfortunately, additional guests are not permitted** Please come with CLEAN lashes, no makeup or mascara If you wear contacts, please remove them prior to the appointment I understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur & result in the need to cancel an appointment. I require that you provide at least a 24-hr notice of cancellation. Without a 24-hr notice of cancellation, Nani au Lashes reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit/debit card on file totaling 50% of the service that was booked. If you are 15 minutes late to your booked appointment, it will be cancelled and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If availability allows, you may reschedule your appointment with a new deposit. Because I take multiple clients a day I cannot allow more than 15 minutes of late time. It will cut into the next appointment and is not fair to the next client. Our No-Show Policy is as follows: We reserve the right to charge a “No Show” fee to the credit/debit card on file totaling 100% of the booked service to those who do not show up for their lash appointment.
